Materials
- 2 x 7mm ply sheets (kite 600mmX1200MM, Heater 600mmx900mm)
- 3 x 9mm Tacks
- PVA Glue

Find the center of the two sheets of ply and mark |

Pour PVA Glue on to lower (back) piece of ply |

Spread PVA glue by hand |
 |
Note this is going to be a kit shield, We only need to cover the area of
the final shield which allows us to save on some glue |

Place 3 x 9mm tacks down the center line this will hold the ply sheet in
line when we put pressure on the press. Ensure they will not get in the way if you
intend to cut a hole for a boss. |

Place shield in press note the edge of the shield under press's arm |
 |
Place the other press arm on the other edge of the shield |
 |
Using your body weight set the press and set the main Clamp to hold the
tension |
 |
Set small clamps along to of shield to ensure good |
 |
Once Curve (approx. 24 hours) Cut shield out with jigsaw paint and your
ready to go...... |
